7/22/2009 Jewish Hospital Medical Center Northeast Taking Appointments Free health screenings at community open house August 8
Louisville, KY—The new Jewish Hospital medical center in northeast Louisville is now scheduling patient appointments in advance of the facility’s official opening on Monday, August 10, 2009. To celebrate the grand opening, a free community open house event is planned for Saturday, August 8, 2009, from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be free health screenings, facility tours and activities for kids and families, including the chance to win a pair of Jonas Brothers concert tickets from Radio Disney. Jewish Hospital Medical Center Northeast is a four-story, 120,000 square foot facility located at 2401 Terra Crossing Boulevard, just off Old Henry Road at I-265/Gene Snyder Freeway. “Medical Center Northeast is part of our continued efforts to take quality health care to areas where our patients live,” said Shelley R. Neal, president of Jewish Hospital Medical Center Northeast. “This facility is easily accessible and within close proximity to a growing number of neighborhoods and schools.” Services offered at the medical center include: • 24/7 Emergency services with care provided by Board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians Patients can make appointments for services available at Medical Center Northeast by calling 502-587-4327. Holistic Center appointments may be made by calling 502-210-4240. Frazier Rehab outpatient services will become available later this year.
